This is no ordinary falafel. It’s made by well know Lebanese cook Ali Sarhan. Ali owned and ran the famous Cedar Tree Lebanese restaurant in Fremantle and, before that, the Cedar Tree in Dublin, Ireland (now run by his brother). His food is legendary and now he's taking it on the road.

Falafel is a popular vegetarian street food in the Middle East made from chick peas, broad beans (fava beans) cumin, parsley and coriander. Ali only use the highest quality ingredients and add his own unique twist to his falafel, which makes it so irresistible and in such demand. His falafel is gluten free and suitable for vegans.
